Karen is the Founding Director of The Skills Collective and is an experienced Business Planner, Communications and Marketing Specialist with 

20 plus years of experience.

SJ is a Scotland based sales and leadership specialist who has spent the last 13 years working in sales, team training and content creation across a range of sectors including events and hospitality. Positivity and enthusiasm are key features of SJ’s style and ensure that she is committed to each of the clients she works with, whether for one-off projects or those that work with her on a more regular basis. SJ works hard to inspire and motivate those she works with to achieve their goals, no matter how large or small and offers completely bespoke solutions that are built around you. SJ is also a board member of OnFife Fife Cultural Trust. 

Linda’s experience in graphic design and copywriting dates back to her previous life in her native Tasmania, Australia. In her ten years’ experience at one of the state’s premier advertising agencies she worked collaboratively for a diverse range of prominent clients. After moving to Scotland, she established herself as a freelancer, building up successful relationships and developing creative solutions for clients of all sizes. She has created logos, promotional materials, web content, packaging and more, all based on a comprehensive understanding of promotional strategy and communicating with target audiences. 

Morna is a highly experienced consultant specialising in training & development, facilitation, recruitment, outplacement and employability, all across a wide variety of industry sectors. She is also an accredited menopause workplace trainer providing CPD accredited training for managers and colleagues. Morna enjoys working with a range of freelance consultants through her business, The People Portfolio, to create bespoke solutions to individual and company people issues, and prides herself on having a positive, professional and results driven approach. She is also British Psychological Society Level A & B and Belbin Accredited.  

Tony is an experienced IT professional with an extensive background in Bespoke Website Design & Development, IT Support, Data Security, Project Management and Recruitment spanning over 20 years working with a range of not-for-profits, universities, and private sector clients.  If you're looking for someone to take the hassle out of your day-to-day IT issues and need a fully outsourced, trusted partner working on your behalf to manage your IT needs from websites, email, IT security & compliance, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and IT training, Tony has you covered.
