We have the experience to cut through the noise and get to the heart of your problem so that we can find the solution that works best for you. From our initial conversation and proposal right through to project completion we will communicate our recommendations to you and create a tangible and accessible action plan to be followed by your team and ours.
Yes. We will work with you to deliver what you need, when you need it within your budget. While we form partnerships with our customers and hope to have the chance to work with you again, there is no obligation to commit to ongoing support if all you need can be delivered in a more focussed timeline.
Yes, we can and we do. Many of our customers need help with larger projects that will help them to grow to the next level of business, and then require ongoing support to help them sustain the new level of operation. We can provide options for a monthly or quarterly retainer for ongoing support for a range of tasks and activities across our whole range of professional services. Whether you need a lot of support or just a little, we offer a flexible approach to allow us to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Once you have read, signed and returned a booking confirmation form and standard trading terms we will send you an invoice which can be paid via BACs transfer. 50% of the total cost is due on or before the commencement date of your project, and the remaining 50% balance is due within 7 days of the project completion date.
